Pick your own flower farms and stands
April showers bring May … June, July and August flowers, from budding tulips in spring to summer’s sunflower season.
Flower farms and gardens across Ontario invite you to bask in the beauty of the various flowers they grow and to purchase freshly cut flowers or create your own floral arrangement.
Some also offer special workshops and activities such as flower arranging or yoga sessions. Check if pre-purchased admissions tickets are required before your visit.
Niagara Region
JP Niagara Tulip Experience
Experience the joy of being surrounded by a million tulips! Take in the colours and ambiance and pick your own bouquet from 85 different varieties of tulips.
Pre-book your tickets for this “rain or shine” event as demand is high and availability is limited.

TASC Tulip Pick Farm
TASC Farm has expanded their production, so this spring, over two million tulips will transform their fields into a sea of colour.
Pre-purchased tickets are required and can be used anytime the farm is open.

Sarah Grey Pick Farm
Reserve a spot to wander through a brilliant tapestry of colourful tulips. Hand-pick your favourites for a unique flower bouquet. And take beautiful photos along the way.

Roadside Flower Market
Spend a lovely day with family and friends on the farm, where you can pick your own tulips and snap photos. Friendly leashed pets are also welcome. Bring a picnic to enjoy the serenity of Niagara’s greenhouse sector. Family activities include bouncy castles, wagon rides and fun surprises.

Situated on a farm in King City, Country Cut Flowers is a picturesque farm with brilliant pick-your-own flower fields sure to unleash the budding floral arranger in you.
Get your ticket for cut-your-own-flowers in advance and don’t forget to bring your own scissors.

Black Creek Flower Farm
Growers of specialty, seasonal and high-quality flowers, the U Pick garden opens in July for pick-your-own experiences. Ready-made bouquets are also available at the farm.

Island Roots Flower
Enjoy a magical pick-your-own flower experience on Manitoulin Island.
You’ll be provided with a jar, scissors and water for your freshly selected bouquet. Choose from sunflowers, dahlias, zinnias, poppies and more throughout the season.
During the summer, the farm stays open until dusk for sunset flower picking.
