Toronto Pride 2025
Pride Toronto has earned its reputation as one of the largest Pride festivals in the world and returns with parades and marches including the Dyke March, the Trans March and a full schedule of kid-friendly programs.
The festivities extend to 2SLGBTQI+ communities beyond downtown Toronto, including Scarborough, North York and Etobicoke.
But Pride is so much more than a colourful and action-packed festival.
It’s a month-long opportunity for 2SLGBTQI+ communities and allies to reflect on where they have come from, recognize what they have achieved and rally together for the ongoing push towards an inclusive and supportive society for all. The acronym 2SLGBTQI+ stands for two-spirit, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex and additional people who identify as part of sexual and gender diverse communities.
The annual Pride Month kicks off with an official flag-raising ceremony at City Hall and runs throughout the month of June, building up to the high-energy festival weekend. This dynamic event includes the Trans March and Dyke March Toronto, and culminates in the Toronto Pride Parade on Sunday June 29, 2025.
